Materials:
Avocado half? Simi 70g? Old Yogurt 150g
Instant coffee powder/hot water/brown sugar? 1: 1: 1 ? Two or three spoonfuls per person.
Exercise:
1. Mix hot water, coffee powder and brown sugar, and foam with an egg beater or a stirring rod for later use.
2. Pour sago and avocado into the cup.
3. Pour in yogurt and scoop up the foam!
