Of course, this is not only a matter for the propaganda department, but also a matter for college students. But for the propaganda department, this means that seven or eight people have to do what a dozen people originally cooperated with, and seven or eight people have to decide the plan that originally combined the wisdom of a dozen people. And to be fair, there are not many elites left in our department (including me, of course), which is a very unfavorable situation for a department that relies on talents for promotion.

First of all, the importance of endurance is unparalleled. In the face of difficulties, only if we have the belief of persistence can we overcome them. If this organization lacks such people, it will not be able to operate for a long time. At the same time, I also believe that the remaining comrades are very patient and can safeguard the student union.

But while paying attention to patience, we can't ignore strategy. For example, how do we deal with the contact with the deputy ministerial level? I think we should do two things: First, we should use the previously established colleague relationship to solve various problems, and we must never rely too much on administrative relations to carry out orders. While remembering that we are the head of a department and our responsibilities, we can't forget that all the deputy departments have worked as hard as us for a year, and simple orders will never solve the problem. Second, we should establish our own prestige in our work; Personally, we must be at the forefront in doing all kinds of things, and we must not shirk our tasks and let the deputy ministerial level accept them from the heart; For the deputy department, the strategy of containment rather than suppression should be adopted. We should actively guide them, and don't call them in all day for trivial things, so they will be disgusted. I think instead of letting them take up the resistance, it is better to "raise troops for a thousand days and use them for a while". Let's not bother them with things that we can usually solve by ourselves, but invite them when necessary, so that we can use them.

For this year's activity arrangement, the chairman has told our department to write down the important annual schedule, but in order to reduce the burden of our propaganda department, several important activities have been re-determined. On behalf of all the staff in this department, I would like to thank my superiors for their understanding, and we will definitely work hard to repay them.

9. Conduct flexible competitions such as calligraphy, blackboard newspaper and painting in a timely manner, fully tap students' propaganda ability, strengthen campus cultural atmosphere and open up new propaganda positions. For example:
