Do not eat staple food (rice, pasta) during weight loss, and the recipes for three meals are as follows:
Morning: a boiled egg or a cup of yogurt (milk) or sugar-free soybean milk or whole wheat bread.
China people: It is best to drink a bowl of vegetable soup before eating, mainly light vegetarian dishes, and don't eat beef, mutton and pork (you can eat fish and rabbits if you want to eat meat).
Evening: Apples, kiwis, white pitaya and cherry tomatoes are the best fruits. Except for the cherry tomatoes, all the other fruits are 1 for dinner.
