What should I do if the memory of oppo mobile phone is insufficient?
There are too many software downloaded and installed on the mobile phone and too many data caches, which may lead to insufficient storage space of the mobile phone, thus leading to slow operation of the mobile phone. If your phone is out of storage space, you can try the following methods to free up space.

1. Clean up the storage space of the mobile phone: you can clean up redundant files such as large files, videos, fuzzy similar pictures, useless installation packages, and infrequent applications.

(1) coloros11and above: enter "Settings >; (about this machine) > storage space > cleaning ",including photo cleaning, video cleaning, application uninstallation, application slimming, document cleaning, cloud migration and other operations, is simple and quick.

(2)ColorOS 7 and above systems: "mobile phone manager" APP > clean storage ",which can be used to clean photos, clean videos, uninstall applications, slim down applications, clean documents, and move to the cloud. It's simple and fast.

(3)ColorOS 7 and above systems: go to "file management" APP > clear storage/space > one-click cleaning (safe cleaning) to clear file data.

If the mobile phone has a login account, after cleaning, "Optimize album storage space" or "Optimize album storage space" will appear. Click "Go" to open "Automatic Photo/Album Synchronization > Optimize Storage Space", and store the original photos in the cloud. Only a small version of the mobile phone will be kept.

2. Transfer mobile phone files: If there are many photos and videos, it is recommended that you save them to your computer, mobile hard disk or upload them to cloud photo albums regularly.

3. Restore the mobile phone: back up important data such as contacts, text messages and WeChat chat records, and enter "Settings >"; Other settings > restore phone > completely clear all data/clear downloaded applications and application data ".

Tips:

① Back up the WeChat chat record, you can open WeChat and enter "I >;; Settings > Chat > Backup and Migration of Chat Records > Migrate Chat Records to Another Device/Backup Chat Records to Computer ".
