How does Taoism meditate?
There are many methods of meditation, but some basic requirements are the same. Sit upright, shoulders loose, elbows heavy, chest pulled back outward, relaxed and natural, collar weak and strong, eyes slightly closed, tongue and palate slightly lifted, and breathing naturally (abdominal breathing is recommended). You can break up, or you can do it single or double, and do what you can. You can make the meridian decision by hand. When you finish your work, you can stand up slowly. You can rub your face with your hands, comb your hair, and then walk slowly until your breath is smooth. Meridian must be useful. Here is a picture for you, which is a gesture to pinch the meridians. If you have any doubts mentioned above, find them out one by one. Correct posture is a shortcut to entering the Tao and will lay a good foundation for formal practice in the future.
