The first trick: twist your waist and turn around.
Step 1/ Sit on the ground, legs forward, upper body upright, head and neck straight, back straight as far as possible, hands horizontally extended to both sides, about shoulder height, eyes straight ahead, and deep inhalation to prepare.
Step 2: Exhale, twist your upper body to the left, drive your hands to the left, and keep your lower body still. Note that it's not just the hands that are moving. Be sure to feel the twist of your waist. 1 time is about 1 group, and a * * * is 5 groups.
