At the same time, on the basis of steaming and stewing, cooking methods of stir-frying beef should be added.

Ingredients: tenderloin beef (or plum beef) 400g.

Half seasoning egg liquid, cumin 30g, cooked white sesame 30g, coriander 2, light soy sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon, salt 1 gram, and garlic cloves 4 pieces.
