Is it necessary to remove the components on the PCB?
Not necessarily. Copying two panels eliminates the need to disassemble the components. However, it is best to disassemble the components, because if the components are disassembled, copying can guarantee the success of 100%. If the components are not disassembled, PCB manufacturers can try their best to ensure success because the components block the circuit, but it is not absolutely 100% success, but generally there will be no problem. However, multi-layer boards, such as 4-layer or 6-layer boards, have to be disassembled, and the original circuit board has to be desaturated, so the original circuit board cannot be returned to customers.
