The steps of ps feathering image edge are as follows:

1. To check the effect after feathering, drag a landscape picture on the white canvas, as shown.

2. Next, use the ellipse box selection tool to select a circle in the picture, as shown in the figure.

4. In the properties, first adjust the view to a layer, as shown.
