These methods can be roughly divided into two categories, one is upward, the other is inward, and finally can be simplified into two basic methods.
The first method: I feel that there is a white lotus on my head at elbow height.
When you feel this way, there is a "moment" when you suddenly feel different from usual. That moment is a moment of peace of mind. Then, in this way, it is enough to prolong this moment of peace of mind. Every day can be so peaceful until it is extended to a whole day. Because this method is very fast, when you feel the lotus flower on your head for a long time, you may have swelling, numbness and slight pain in your head, and so on. These are all normal and signs of progress. The characteristic of this method is to make energy move upwards. When energy moves upward, the heart will naturally calm down. If you don't like to use lotus flowers, you can use what flowers, or you can use no flowers, and concentrate directly on the empty space above, or not necessarily in the "elbow height" place, as long as you leave the top of your head, whatever the height is.
When you feel above your head once, you will have peace of mind once, twice, twice, and so on, and finally let these feelings connect into a line.
The second method: feel your body like an empty bamboo.
Focus your attention on your body and feel your body, just like an empty bamboo, which is empty inside. At the same time of feeling, there is suddenly a moment, which is a bit strange at ordinary times (when there is no feeling). Then this strange moment of "different" is a moment of peace of mind. Similarly, bamboo is secondary, you can feel like a transparent bottle, and so on. As long as you like, hollow objects can be used for guidance. Once you enter, keep it, try to keep it, and if you can't keep it, enter again in the same way. As long as you can enter this moment and then extend it to the whole day.
The first method is relatively easy. After mastering the first method, you can definitely enter the second method. If you can't do it with your eyes open, you can close your eyes. No matter how easy you think it is, use that simple way.
Breathing tile breaking method
The most basic thing is that under the premise of deep breathing, when you inhale, you feel the gas pouring in from the center of your head and reaching your abdomen (or your whole body is full and empty), and when you exhale, you feel the gas coming out from the center of your head. ...
Or continue to extend this method. When you inhale, you feel the breath filling your whole body and reaching your heel (breathing to your heel). When you exhale, you feel the breath reaching the top of your head, turning into a lotus flower in the void at the elbow height, or reaching the lotus flower ... the form can be different, and the direction and purpose are the same.
If you feel quiet and happy during this exercise, or if you jump out of your body (just as you can observe your body) and live in this feeling of peace, happiness or emptiness. ...
The way to transcend all troubles: be a bystander.
Try to do such an exercise to make yourself a bystander of body, mind and emotion.
When you can be a bystander of the body, you can surpass the body, and all the troubles brought by the body can be surpassed, such as illness.
When you can be a bystander of thoughts, you can transcend thoughts, all the troubles brought by thoughts will be surpassed, and any mental illness will be recovered.
When you are an emotional bystander, you can transcend and have no worries. Any melancholy, loneliness and sadness no longer belong to you. Leaving only happiness and happiness.
What do you think of your figure? Looking at your body ... for a moment, you will feel that you suddenly jumped out, just like looking at someone else's body. Keep this feeling, keep looking ... and get farther and farther away from your body. Everything that happens in the body seems to have nothing to do with yourself. Keep watching ...
Look at your own thoughts and watch them come and go like clouds ... it comes and goes, comes and goes, goes and goes. Watching yourself dream is like watching a movie. Everything in that movie no longer belongs to you, you are just an audience.
Examine your emotions and feel their influence and infiltration on your body. You can even let this emotion permeate the whole body and the void. When it seeps in, it seems that the mood is gone and you can't find it. Even if you feel it and can't find its image, it can't hurt you any more. If it is happiness, you can enjoy it, if it is sadness, separate it.
When you look at it, you leave it. Just as the mirror can't see itself, the mirror can't see itself, so everything you see is outside the mirror.
When you look at everything, you have jumped out, and everything you see no longer belongs to you, because it has become everything outside.
This is the way to transcend all troubles. This is a wonderful method. If someone experiences this method, the whole world will celebrate ... because when you look at the world, the world will be surpassed. ...
Look at it ... look at the body, look at the mind, look at the mood, look at the world, look at life and death, look at the table. ...
Specific methods of deep breathing
Deep breathing (or abdominal breathing) is basically a necessary method for all psychological patients. Because all psychological problems stem from nervousness. Only when you take a deep breath will you not be nervous. From a critical point of view, people who don't take deep breaths are already ill, so don't wait for suffocation to solve this problem.
So it is necessary to take a deep breath, especially for patients and psychologists.
The correct way to take a deep breath is to bulge your abdomen when inhaling, and naturally relax when exhaling. Breathe according to this rhythm, and besides, those so-called other breathing methods are not better than this.
Some nervous people can't take a deep breath. They can put their hands on their lower abdomen and press it gently, and then they should be able to feel the ups and downs of their lower abdomen obviously. It's easy to learn to breathe deeply. You don't have to move your shoulders when you take a deep breath. When your shoulders are particularly hard, it may be wrong. It's just abdominal pressure This will be very relaxing.
Baby, take a deep breath. If we pay attention to observation, we will find that the baby's breathing is the ups and downs of the stomach. Babies are not nervous, because babies have the quality of trust, and they give everything to their parents. When a baby cries, it also takes a deep breath. Just as Laozi and Zhuangzi advocated in Taoism, we should return to nature and learn to live like a baby, so we should start with this kind of breathing.
When the child grew up, his parents began to scold him and beat him, and he began to turn deep breathing into shallow chest breathing. At this time, the first psychological problem appeared-tension and fear. All psychological problems stem from this.
Abdominal breathing is a sign of relaxation and the best way to solve tension. Deep breathing can treat most psychological problems and most chronic physical diseases.
After learning abdominal breathing, practice gradually and let yourself breathe like this for 24 hours. If you live like this, life will be meaningful and it will be easier and easier to be happy.
The perfect way to take a deep breath is this: when inhaling, the lower abdomen bulges, and at the same time, the whole body feels like a balloon, which is empty, and the whole body seems to bulge. When you exhale, you naturally relax and feel that everything in your body is empty, as if everything has been exhaled ... When this feeling appears, such breathing will lead to the sublimation of this person's life.
This method should be persisted for life, generally more than three months, and there will be great changes.
Simple drop method
Beginners, who are not used to letting go of Buddhism, really have no way to start, so it is not the right way to stick to this idea and think that they should let go, or put their hearts in their bodies, put their minds in their bellies, and hold on to their spirits, thinking that they will have their own opinions. This is a simple method, but there is a premise. Practitioners must pay attention to: when using this kind of kung fu, don't be greedy at all, don't rush to achieve success, that is, if you have a heart, you will be uncertain.
Second, when using this kung fu, you should be agile, use it immediately when you say it, and forget it when you say it. If you do nothing, you will not be bound by the law.
Third, when you use this kung fu, you know it's a temporary loan, and you take the effect as work, because there is a heart that is invisible and empty when you go here. If you are silent, it is a legal point of view and cannot be empty.
Fourth, when using this kung fu, don't take any chances, just breathe as usual. However, you will intentionally or unintentionally leave this heart there for half a minute and then give up.
When using this kung fu, focus on being short and concise, and do it at least ten times a day. If you have a hundred days, you can forget it everywhere, but don't be greedy.
If you can't forget this kung fu, you must give it up when you practice it further. In the middle of never leaving. If there is something, first, don't be persistent and use it flexibly.
7. Don't spread this method rashly to careless and irritable people, aggressive people, stupid people, or spread it halfway without full explanation. Those who have this evil opinion will reward themselves and lead them to heresy, which will destroy people's wisdom. This method is not used in meditation, but when they are in a hurry or have nothing to do, they cultivate their minds.
First, sink. While talking, despite his busy schedule, he suddenly sank together. If you don't have this body, if you don't have this heart, you can just fight everything for half a minute, and then bring it up to deal with everything.
Second, at this time, if you realize what you see, but you have no thoughts and no place to live, you just put it down.
Third, at this time, this heart is floating in the abdomen, intentionally or unintentionally, it doesn't matter if you forget it. Breathing in and out is still the same. Never bring Qi into Dantian and become a heresy.
Fourth, at this time, you are not allowed to see the Buddha. If you see anything, it's magic. You don't let go, but you deliberately don't see anything. You don't let go. Let's talk about the second one.
5. This method takes at most one minute or half a minute. Give up at once and come back to study hard later.
Six, this method is done at least ten times a day, not necessarily a few times, but according to the second.
Write a lot of heavy words on a piece of paper and stick them indoors or on your desk. Do it once when you see this word, but don't use this method in other ways or during meditation. If you are in doubt, don't be self-righteous. There are two ways, one is not to doubt, and the other is to write back.
Be merciful and compassionate every day, recall the past, pray for world peace, all sentient beings, eliminate disasters and prolong life, and become a Buddha.
A simple method of meditation: the layman Wang Gulu was sweltering and troubled in the long summer. When the personnel is upside down and there is no solution, use the hyphenation method: (pat) the present body and mind, put it down together! Like wood and stone, I can't remember (and this article is not written), but I have read it again. Look what this is. At this time, I don't think good, I don't want evil, and it's not empty. If it's a minute, it doesn't matter what, and it doesn't matter when you come. Just this once, I will benefit a lot. Why not do it! If you are happy, carefree, happy and dancing again, you might as well break it. The benefits are even more unspeakable. Why not do it! Try many times a day, complacent and motionless for a long time. At this time, the true colors are naturally proved, and wisdom and emptiness are naturally stimulated. If you can take some time out of your busy schedule, do it once, and meditate and recite Buddha from time to time, you can become one. I'm afraid you won't do it. On the last day, I can think clearly. Both mental terror and physical pain can be alleviated. Because the old debts have been paid off one after another. And can predict the time. Many colleagues believe and have signs. ) People who have no long-term worries will have near worries. People who are worried say it quickly. Only those who are blessed, wise and worried about life and death will believe me. And the personnel traction opposite you is too strong, which can make you forget naturally. Therefore, we should be bitter, know the truth, and don't be confused by vanity and miss the important events in life. You often think of the last day: if it appears before your eyes, it will be terrible. Naturally, I feel nervous. This is a fire pit. Ha ha! The word fire pit. Who would believe it? Do you know that the person you are most proud of now is the person who will suffer the most in the future, but what if it is not a fire pit? The Buddha said, "Three realms without security are like a burning house." When you break it, you will suddenly feel that the fire pit is purple. Its simplicity is like this. If you can break it when you are afraid, you will be calm and encouraged. It can be broken when you are angry. Since it doesn't stimulate too many thorns, blood rushes into your mind. It can be broken when you are sick, which can reduce the fever and recover quickly.
If we can break up when we are sad, and we can grieve moderately, our hearts will not be lost.
I can break everything at any time, enjoy myself, and become a Buddha at the sight of sex.

Face-no, the vacuum is not empty. Noble and supreme. I'm the only one in the world. Reality-nothing is wonderful. Form-boundless, full of Buddhism. Ontology-empty silence without birth and death. Strange-everyone has it. Everything is ready, nothing is sacred. Use the law-everything. Everything is built by it. Status-the master of everything. So, it's the Buddha mother. Natural pollution, but it is not pollution after all. Far away-people who see this moment see Qianshan.
