The host of this activity is Sister Z, who is a teacher. She introduced the activities into the theme step by step in kind and simple language. Then, Mr. Pang Ling did a little warm-up and shared with you the basic concepts of three speeches:
1. Definition of speech
2. The difference between speech and recitation
3. Steps of speech
First, let's look at the definition of speech. Teacher Pang Ling emphasized that the speech must be inflammatory, which is its characteristic.
Secondly, the difference between speech and recitation is very obvious. Recitation must have music to have artistic conception and taste, while speech is relatively more formal, generally appearing in some large or important occasions, accompanied by PPT for demonstration.
Finally, Mr. Pang Ling personally demonstrated the steps of the speech, from the preparation under the stage to the careful presentation on the stage. Thoughtful, there are three points to pay attention to:
(1) Calm down on the stage
2 a stable body.
(3) a firm eye
When you walk on stage from behind the scenes, you can face the audience on the right, go straight to the center of the stage, turn right 90 degrees and face the audience; You can also face the audience from the moment you go on stage, and you can do the designated position.
After reaching the designated position, be steady and don't shake from side to side. An unstable body will lower your faith. At this point, you set yourself in the center of the stage, raise your head confidently, smile at the audience from left to right, then set your eyes in the middle of the audience (probably the middle audience in the penultimate row), take a deep breath, and you can start your speech!
In this part, Teacher Pang Ling led us to learn three common pronunciation problems:
1. Anterior and posterior nasal sounds
Flatten the tongue
Adjustment value
When this part of the teacher mentioned nasal sounds before and after, I also thought it was a problem. Isn't it easy to tell? Later, I found out that this was a cognitive mistake. I used to treat "blue thin mushrooms" as a joke, but now I find that pronunciation problems are very common, and pronunciation has a lot of knowledge, so learning a language is irreversible. Once you master it, you won't lose it (unless your vocal cords are accidentally damaged).
First of all, the front nasal sounds such as en, an and in, and the back nasal sounds such as eng, ang and ing, the teacher shared a good method to distinguish the front and back nasal sounds easily, that is, all the "corrected" radicals are the back nasal sounds, and all the "authentic" radicals are the front nasal sounds. Of course, there are a few exceptions, but most of them are universal.
Secondly, point the flat tongue at the teeth, such as zi, ci and si, and roll up the tongue with the upturned tongue, such as zh, ch and sh. The clarity of speech lies in the tongue, not in the mouth.
Finally, there is the question of adjusting the tone. Generally speaking, it is the sound level, which is divided into five grades: 1.2.3.4.5, and the tones are divided into four tones: ā, á, m ℉ and à, which are called flat tone, rising tone, falling tone in Chinese. As shown below, the first sound 55 is high → high; Two tones 35, that is, medium to high notes; The third key is 2 14, that is, half low → low → half high; The fourth tone is 5 1, which means high → low. High and low scores require you to savor the nuances of each pronunciation.
A loud voice doesn't necessarily travel far. If you want your voice to spread farther and wider, you need to speak with your breath, not shout with your voice. How can I speak better with my breath without sound? Please look at Mr. Pang Ling's chest-abdomen combined breathing method.
How exciting it is to speak with anger without losing your voice? Let's look at two exercises taught by the teacher:
Find a wall at home, stand with your back against the wall, with three or four books on your head (light first, then lose weight), and then start reading slowly and emotionally.
Lie flat on the bed, put three or four books (weight, weight, weight loss) on your stomach, and then start reading articles slowly and emotionally.
You have been practicing for a long time. If you feel hungry, that's right. Congratulations, you made a sound with your breath.
If you want to learn the commonly used "abdominal breathing", you can also do breathing exercises as shown in the figure below. To put it simply, it is just the opposite of our daily breathing: inhale and abdomen, exhale and abdomen.
Practice hard, and over time, you can practice a rich and magnetic voice.
"The degree of tension is directly proportional to the degree you care about. The more important it is to you, the more nervous you are. For example, you must be nervous about a speech that is directly linked to your salary. " Teacher pang ling said, what should I do? Tension can't be completely overcome. You need to change your mind and treat nervousness as your good friend. Whenever you want to start a speech, imagine taking a friend named "Nervous" on stage, just don't let nervousness take the place of you as the protagonist.
When you can live in harmony with tension, you will find that tension is a good thing. It can bring you unprecedented experience, your brain is fully activated, and your mood is fuller.
When you still feel extremely nervous before playing, you can listen to music and do some push-ups to warm up, which will make you feel more passionate and energetic. If you are nervous on the court, try to hold something with your hands, such as a microphone or projector controller, but don't take anything that is easy to loosen, which will hide your trembling hands.
There are three things that impressed me the most in this sharing, and I want to share them with you:
What you are used to may be what others dream of. Everyone has his own unique talent. Only by giving full play to one's talents can one reach a height that others can't.
? Mr. Pang Ling is well prepared, clear-headed and punctual. More importantly, he takes care of every audience's speech and gives feedback in time. His adaptability is really admirable.
? Your voice greatly broadens your career path and allows you to throw others into the street properly.
At the end of the activity, every participant spoke enthusiastically and read aloud the poems he had prepared emotionally. Teacher Pang Ling also read Pushkin's I once loved you for us.
I once loved you:
love
Maybe it hasn't completely disappeared in my heart.
I hope it won't bother you again.
I don't want to upset you any more.
I once loved you silently and hopelessly.
I tolerate both shyness and jealousy.
I once loved you so sincerely and tenderly.
May the man God gave you be as firm as I am.
Teacher Pang Ling said, "Everyone's voice is plastic." Each of us has our own unique voice. Whether your pronunciation is inaccurate, unclear or loud, please believe that one day, you will stand on the stage with an elegant attitude and move the audience with your proud voice.
