The next morning, as soon as the alarm clock rang, it got up with a click. Turn on the phone at the first time and go down step by step according to the plan. There is no hesitation, only an orderly and simple way to do it. Wash your face, brush your teeth and boil water for breakfast in one go. I did physical exercise and stretching before running, ate my first breakfast at 5:32, finished the 8 o'clock listed in advance, and went out smoothly.

Driving to Wang Jiahe Park, it was already dark, but thanks to our people's government, the runway was brightly lit, and the temperature of 13℃ was a little cold, so I didn't think so much, because I had warmed up at home and ran directly at 5: 52.

After running for about 4 kilometers, the sky is slightly bright and there is a special beauty. I couldn't help but stop and take some photos.

Running all the way, refreshing, five kilometers is a normal way of running, and it is as easy as usual. Send a card to a circle of friends quickly, and then be encouraged by friends in the circle of friends all the way. A person's running is not lonely at all.

After running for about 7 kilometers, it was already dawn at 6: 42, and people could be seen in sight.

At this time, I feel the feeling of my body carefully and breathe slowly, which is no different from the first five kilometers. My ankle is a little sore. After planning for 5 kilometers, I was allowed to walk, but my feet became stronger and stronger, and my speed did not drop until the end.

Running itself is also a gradual process. I must have accumulated more than eight months of running, and it is relatively easy to make a challenge occasionally. In the end, everything was finished as planned.

I admire myself very much. During the 8 months 15 days of weight loss, I ran fast in small steps, insisted on a light start, and exercised slightly every day, unconsciously challenging countless impossibilities and breaking through countless impossibilities. Therefore, life can't be limited, it's more about my own business, I can!
