Male age 18-30: height 168m, weight 57-60kg.
18-30 years old female: female 168m, weighing 50-53kg.
Male over 35 years old: height 168m, weight 60-65kg.
Female over 35 years old: height 168m, weight 53-58kg.
It doesn't matter that young people are slim.
Middle-aged people should not be too thin. Thin can not set off a mature overall image, manners, temperament, etc. And it's easy to look old and haggard. Middle-aged people should not be overweight, and their body mass index should be normal, otherwise metabolic syndrome is prone to occur.
There are two commonly used calculation methods:
One is:
Adult: [height (cm)- 100] × 0.9 = standard weight (kg)
The other is:
Male: height (cm)- 105= standard weight (kg)
Female: Height (cm)- 100= standard weight (kg)
The above two calculation methods have basically been widely used.
