Well, Bamiyan, pronounced as:

Hum (not ng), (mā), (n and) beep (bēi) mi (mēi) bang (hòng).

Pronunciation notes:

Hum: read (not ng hum), not m is the correct pronunciation, OM=AUM, and finally close your lips.

When reading (mā), the tip of the tongue rolls down slightly, and the lips are closed, making a thumping sound.
