1. When working, the gantry of the auxiliary system pushes the steel required for cold bending between the two driving rollers, and starts the hydraulic system, so that the hydraulic cylinder pushes the dovetail groove and the cold bending roller to cold press the steel. When the required radian is reached, the hydraulic system is turned off, and the mechanical transmission system is started, so that the driving roller rotates, and the steel is driven to move forward steadily and slowly by friction, thus realizing continuous cold bending operation.
2. After cold bending, close the mechanical transmission system and start the hydraulic system to retract the hydraulic cylinder. Put the cold-formed steel on the portal support of the auxiliary system.
