Mi You player is not installed in Android phone, and there will still be youmicache folder. In fact, Mi You players use advertising alliance-style embedded advertisements. Although the user may not have installed Mi You products, if other programs have advertisements implanted in advertising alliance, the youmicache folder will still be generated in the SD card, so the youmicache folder will be generated no matter whether the Mi You player is installed or the APP implanted with Mi You advertisements.
