As for the number of times, if you have enough time, it is of course the best. I spend three hours a day, one and a half hours in the morning and evening.
2. Eat three meals. You must be right when you say you need to quit.
It is suggested to increase protein's intake for breakfast, whether it is plant or not, and not to be short of fatty animal protein (fish), to quit carbohydrates and starch (which can be recovered later during weight loss), and to give priority to vegetables and fruits at noon and evening.
3. Pay attention to the choice of fruits. Don't think that fruits can be eaten casually. Actually, bananas and mangoes are high in calories. Don't eat them at night. It is recommended to refer to a food calorimeter. I used to mainly eat yellow river honeydew melon, which was very full and almost zero in calories, which was very good.
If you keep exercising 1 hour every day, you will lose at least 5-7.5 kg a month. Hang in there, brother!
PS: I just increased the amount of exercise to 3 hours a day (excluding mileage), 30KG a month!
