This week's main course is braised beef brisket, which is suitable for eating large pieces of meat and drinking a lot. Ingredients (4 persons)

Braised beef brisket 1 kg, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, half a radish, 3 potatoes, 2 onions, 6- 10 slices of ginger, 2 star anise, pepper 1 pill, yellow wine or Shaoxing wine 1 cup, etc.

In a hot pot, stir-fry ginger slices, star anise, onion and pepper with a little sesame oil, pour in shredded onion, stir-fry until slightly transparent, and then add beef tendon. Add seasoning: 1 cup of rice wine or Shaoxing wine, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of spicy bean paste, 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little black pepper. (The amount of water needs to cover all the ingredients.) After the pot is solid, add carrots in turn, roll them first, and then add white radish, potatoes and tomatoes. When all the vegetables are ripe and soft, sprinkle some chopped green onion for decoration.
