At present, the principle of profit-seeking under the market economy and the fast-paced social transformation make the simple moral construction more and more pale and powerless. Even in a civilized society, it is impossible to establish a certain social order only by personal morality and conscience. Comparatively speaking, it is more reliable to build an honest society through laws and systems. In recent years, from the central government to the local government, although the rectification of outstanding problems in the moral field has been strengthened, the problem of dishonesty still exists. Punishing dishonesty is an important part of the construction of social credit system. If there is no certain system as a guarantee and there are "soft spots" in implementation, the road to punishing "Lao Lai" will not go too far.
A good system needs good implementation. In the future, the multi-department joint punishment and unified credit reporting platform will play an important role, and at the same time, the exit mechanism should be improved to prevent improper use of information. At the same time, we should strengthen guidance. After the relevant enterprises and individuals have fulfilled their legal obligations, "dishonesty" should not be their lifelong label.
