Is it better to lose weight and go fast or jog?
Fast walking is easier to persist than jogging, and any exercise should be persistent. I walked for a month and a half, one hour at a time, and lost 4 pounds. It will take at least 20 days to take effect, so stick to it. Besides, I still eat something for dinner. If I eat less, the effect may be more obvious. I wish you success in losing weight.
