When is the best time to practice yoga?
Most people think it's morning, but it's not. The best time is in the evening, and the best time is from 3 pm to 5 pm. Next is 9: 00 am-165438+ 0: 00 am, then 7: 00 pm -9: 00 am, and then before 7: 00 am.

Traditional yoga usually needs to get up at 4 o'clock in the morning to practice, which is more caused by ancient living habits and environment-no lights, sleeping in the dark, getting up early, and the sun is too hot, so the best time in ancient times is early morning and evening.

In addition, traditional yoga also includes practicing asana, breathing, meditation, chanting and so on. Morning is not suitable for practicing too intense asana. Fortunately, the proportion of asana is not too large, just practice for one day in the morning. The main body of modern yoga is asana. Now the living environment and habits have changed, and the best time is different.

If meditation and breathing are the main methods rather than asana, good morning and peace of mind. Taking asana as the main form, 3 -5 pm is the best, with strong exercise ability and quick recovery.
