This acupoint is located between the first metacarpal bone and the second metacarpal bone in the tiger's mouth, and is in charge of head, face and facial diseases. Massage can prevent or relieve gum swelling and pain, eye fatigue, sore throat, tinnitus, facial paralysis, burping, headache, redness, nosebleeds and so on.
Neiguan point
This acupoint is located 2 inches above the horizontal stripes on the inside of the palm, between the two tendons. This point is in charge of heart and brain diseases. Massage can prevent or relieve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as chest tightness, palpitation and angina pectoris (especially for the elderly).
Zusanli point
This point is located 3 inches below the knee and outside the tibia 1 inch. In charge of gastrointestinal diseases, it is a health-care acupoint of the whole body.
