There are five kinds. As follows:
1 Hunan black tea
Hunan black tea originated in Anhua, and was first born in Bao Zhiyuan, which is near the Zijiang River. Later, it spread to Yashengping, Huangshengping, Selezhou, Jiangnan, Xiaoyan and other places along the Zijiang River, with Jiangnan as the concentrated area and Gaojiaxi and Majia as the most famous qualities. In the past, Hunan black tea was concentrated in Anhua production, but now the production area has expanded to Taojiang, Yuanjiang, Hanshou, Ningxiang, Yiyang and Linxiang.
Heizhi tea is divided into four grades, high-grade tea is tender and low-grade tea is coarse and old. The first-class tea strips are tight, round and straight, with tender leaves and dark color. The second-grade tea strips are still compact and the color is dark brown and moist. The third-grade tea is not tight, it is loach autumn, and its color is pure bamboo green or willow blue with purple oil. The fourth-grade tea is wide, thick and old, with loose, flat and wrinkled strips and yellow-brown color. Hunan black hair tea requires fragrance, without rough and astringent taste. Flower brick tea, Fuzhuan brick tea and Xiangjian tea are mainly sold to Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia and other provinces.
2 Laoqingcha
Old green tea is mainly produced in Pu 'er, Xianning, Tongshan, Chongyang, Tongcheng and other counties in Xianning, Hubei Province, and also produced in Linxiang County, Hunan Province.
Old green tea used to suppress green brick tea can be divided into two types: face tea and inner tea. Face tea is finer, and morning tea is more extensive. Old green tea is generally divided into three grades, and the standard of fresh leaf harvesting is usually divided according to the skin color of the stem. The first-class tea (wine-noodle tea) is mainly blue stems with slightly red stems at the base. Second-class tea (two-sided tea) is dominated by red stems with slight green stems at the top. The third-grade tea (plum tea) is the red stem of the year, without hemp stem.
The quality of old green tea requires that the first-class tea (sprinkled with noodles) has strip leaves, mainly red stems, and the leaves are dark green and yellowish. The third-grade tea (plum tea) has wrinkled leaves, red stems, dark green leaves with flowers, and the tea stems are based on the new shoots of the year.
3 Liu Sanbao Tea
Sanbao tea is famous for its origin in Dabao Township, Cangwu County, Guangxi, and has a production history of more than 200 years. At present, the producing area of Liubao tea is relatively expanded, and it is distributed in Jiang Xun, yujiang county, Hejiang, Liujiang and Hongshuiheya. Liubao tea is produced in 20 to 30 counties including Cangwu, Hexian, Hengxian, Gongcheng, Zhongshan, Fuchuan, Guixian, Sanjiang, Hechi and Liucheng. The main producing area is Wuzhou area.
The quality of Liubao tea is characterized by long and tight rope, dark brown and smooth color, and red and thick soup color. The aroma is mellow, the taste is mellow and refreshing, and the bottom of the leaves is tung brown, with the smell of pine smoke and betel nut.
In addition to domestic sales in Guangdong and Guangxi, Liubao pine strips are also exported to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and other places.
4 Pu 'er tea
Pu 'er tea is produced in Yunnan Province as it is, and enjoys a high reputation at all times and at home and abroad. At present, Yunnan Xishuangbanna, Simao and other places are still rich in Pu 'er tea.
Pu 'er tea is rich and milky in appearance, moist or brownish red in color (commonly known as pig liver color), mellow and sweet in taste, and has a unique old fragrance. Pu 'er tea has always been regarded as a health drink. Now, experts at home and abroad have proved that Pu 'er tea has the functions of reducing blood fat, reducing weight, inhibiting bacteria, helping digestion, warming stomach, promoting fluid production, quenching thirst, sobering up and detoxifying. Due to the introduction, tea is generally called "beauty tea", "slimming tea", "longevity tea" and "slimming tea" in Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong, Macao and other countries and working areas.
Except Yunnan Province, Guangdong Province produces a small amount of Pu 'er tea.
5 Sichuan biancha
Sichuan edge tea production has a long history. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it was stipulated that the side teas produced in Ya 'an, Tianquan and Jing Rong were exclusively sold in Kangzang, and the side teas produced in Shaonan Road were sold. Guanxian, Dayi and other places in Chongqing produce side tea, which is exclusively sold in Songpan and Lixian in northwest Sichuan, and is called "West Road Side Tea".
Southern tea is the cutting of new branches and leaves that mature in the current year or season. Southern tea is the raw material to suppress "healthy bricks" and "golden tips".
The raw materials of fresh leaves of West Road Tea are thicker and older than those of South Road Tea. Cut off the branches and leaves of tea trees that are the same year or 1~2 years old, and then dry them in the snow. The yellow hair tea on the west road is the raw material for suppressing "Wu Mi" and "Fang Bao Tea".
