I also ate bitter gourd at home during the summer vacation. Not medicine, but fresh vegetables on the market. I fried the juice with carrots first, but it didn't taste good. Later, I boiled the bitter gourd, sliced it, and cooked it in a pot with hot water. It won't be too bitter to stir-fry or scramble eggs or cold salad after removing water. I just went back to school now, and I didn't eat bitter gourd. It doesn't help me lose weight in the summer vacation, because after only four days, the peas are gone.
I think eating fresh vegetables is better than taking medicine.
