Want to open a slimming shop, how to drain it?
Any way to contact customers can be tried. I am also a slimming shop. From the previous professional slimming, it has now evolved into a more comprehensive chain. Here I divide the drainage channels into two points, one is traditional drainage, and the other is new drainage.

In my understanding, the traditional drainage is leaflets, sweeping streets, sweeping buildings, elevator advertisements and shopping mall advertisements. These are basically things that every businessman will do. I have done this drainage for customers in the store countless times before, but the effect is really poor. What I remember most is that I printed 654.38+00000 copies of the list (not ordinary leaflets, designed by designers). As a result, eight people were found, and after two days, no customers were added. Eight people spend two days 1600, and flyers spend 1000. In other words, it took two days, and the expenditure of 2600 yuan was useless at all. There is no rule out that the leaflet staff threw the leaflet into the trash can, which is something that our business can't change. Because of the awareness of the leaflet staff, we can't determine the leaflet staff. Sweeping streets and buildings is basically more expensive than leaflets, because you basically need to customize all kinds of small gifts for streets and office buildings online, and the prices of these gifts are definitely much higher than leaflets. As for the effect, it depends entirely on the sky. Elevator advertisements and shopping mall advertisements are both relatively expensive advertisements. Although the single well cost of elevator advertising is relatively small, the number of people covered is dozens. If you want to achieve full coverage of the community, you basically need to invest 2-3 thousand yuan every month.

After doing such publicity work, I really don't think we should use the methods of distributing leaflets, sweeping buildings and streets again.

The other is new drainage. I understand that it means moving all publicity channels online and using all available resources online. There are many regional websites, regional small promotion platforms, and some popular music and self-media platforms. I don't want to say anything nice about them here. From a rational point of view, the cost of acquiring customers is very low. It takes only a few cents to browse a person effectively. Moreover, these platforms cover a wide range of people and have geographical choices. If drainage is needed, I think it can still be done.

In addition, all the publicity can't compare with the brand and hard power of the store. Every store wants to do long-term business. If your service quality is not good, customers who have lost from any channel may only spend once and never come back. If your store involves store reviews, the information left by customers with poor service will directly cause your business loss.

If you have a good idea, thank you for sharing it with me.
