How to practice shooting?
(1) Preparatory action: Hold the ball with both hands on the chest and face the target, with elbows down, knees slightly flexed, left foot in front, right foot behind, upper body straight, and center of gravity away from hind foot.

(2) Passing action: Look at the target, then pass the ball straight from the chest to the target with both hands, at the same time, push the right foot forward from behind, move forward the center of gravity, slightly lean forward the upper body, quickly extend the forearm in the passing direction, turn the palm inward, push the ball out with the thumb, forefinger and middle finger, and the momentum is transferred from the foot to the finger through the arm.

(3) Follow-up action: After serving, the hands naturally reach the target, with the thumb and palm facing down and the other four fingers pointing to the target, while the knees are still slightly bent into a standing posture, with the right foot in front and the left foot behind.
