Speaking of porridge, I don't cook white rice porridge, because I heard that all kinds of rice and beans are more nutritious than a single kind, so I bought almost all kinds of rice and beans sold in domestic supermarkets at home, 10-20. Ha, I don't know anything about some of them, except that they are beans and can be eaten. I randomly choose 3-4 kinds of rice or beans every night, mix them together, put them in a slow cooker, cook them all night, and get up the next day, and they will be cooked. I like to eat coix seed very much, especially the kind sold in Korean shops. It's delicious.
Soymilk: I always make it myself when I am free. It tastes thick and cold! This is definitely healthy food.
How to do it: I don't use a soymilk machine to do it. I don't like having too many tools and troubles. I use a grinder.
Ingredients: Soak soybeans (cheap and good quality) in water for several hours to make the granules full and soft to pinch.
Add a proper amount of water to the soaked soybeans, pour them into a crusher, and crush them for a period of time until they become paste. Pour it all into the pot and bring it to a boil over low heat (note that bean dregs are easy to erupt, and I have cleaned it many times). The next step is to filter them, take a small strainer and pour the cooked soybean milk into another container through the strainer. The method is simple, and I did it unintentionally.
Weekend breakfast: eat something to beautify your face. Buy some tremella and cook sweet soup for tonic on weekend morning.
This is also super simple. Take a tremella, soak it in water, and then cut it into pieces. Put it in a slow cooker, add about 10 red dates and a handful of medlar, and cook for one night. Many people say that the cooking is not thorough, but it is absolutely thorough, sticky and delicious ... Kaka. By the way, don't forget to add some rock sugar.
Lunch:
I only had an egg, some lettuce salad and an apple for lunch.
If you keep eating like this, your stomach will get smaller, and then you won't even want to eat it yourself. And I've been drinking water, and I'm full.
Dinner:
I still eat very little. Vegetarian dishes are not oily, just fishing in water and mixing salt. I often eat fish for dinner, but I don't eat much, one or two pieces. I don't eat white rice, there is too much starch. I haven't eaten it for n years (except sushi). Cook some brown rice occasionally. I like to roll it in seaweed to make sushi. It's delicious, ha.
Remember to eat less anyway.
Try not to eat snacks. I couldn't help taking a bite. Now I think about it. I used to eat a bag of potato chips and popcorn in my arms. Go to the restaurant to eat fried chicken, and the pizza will go. It's horrible! I haven't touched these things for almost a year. There are also carbohydrate drinks, which are easy to get fat. Don't think that Dieter's will do. The same, try not to drink. Drinking water is good and saves money.
About sports

Half an hour: Sometimes jogging, not the whole journey, 5 minutes jogging and 5 minutes brisk walking alternately, the effect is better than the whole journey jogging, and it is not easy to build muscles.
