The essentials of push-ups
Push-ups can be divided into two actions: prone and propping up, which is commonly known as the next one. But before going up and down, you have to pose first. The general body posture of push-ups is to press the palms to the ground, the distance between the palms is shoulder width, the legs are straight back, and the palms and toes are the support points, keeping the back up and the abdomen down.
When you start to lie prone, bend your arms to both sides so that your body falls vertically and your shoulders and elbows are kept on the same plane. The process of propping up is just the opposite of prone position, supporting the body weight with the strength of both arms and returning to the original posture. This completes a push-up action. In addition, during the whole process, keep the trunk, buttocks and lower limbs in a straight state.
