2. Then cut cucumber and celery into small grains, peel and slice kiwifruit;

3. Put the cut kiwi fruit, celery and cucumber into a blender;

5. Start the juice function. My juice function defaults to 2 minutes. I played it twice, which is 4 minutes.

Spinach, cucumber and celery juice

Milk corn juice

Ingredients: 300g corn kernels, 1 carton milk, 30g rock sugar.

Practice: 1, first take out the corn kernels, put them in a pot and add water to cook them;

It is faster to make cooked corn into juice. If you are lazy, you can omit this step and give it directly to the high-speed mixer.

3. Put the corn kernels into a high-speed blender and pour in the milk. The amount of milk determines the concentration of finished corn juice;

4, playing for 2 minutes is basically very delicate. After all of them are mixed and sieved, the screened corn juice will be smoother and taste better.

Milk bitter gourd juice
