First, we click the start button in the lower left corner to open the start menu, and then click Settings; As shown in the figure below.

After entering the settings, click the "Device" option, as shown in the figure below.

After entering the device, we select the "mouse" option, as shown in the figure below.

Click the mouse option, and then click "Scroll with the mouse wheel" on the right to set it.
