Tongren south railway station is a station set up by Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line in Dalong Development Zone, Yuping County, tongren city. It is the first stop for the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway to enter eastern Guizhou. After the opening of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway, the time from Dalong to Guiyang, Kunming, Changsha, Nanchang, Wuhan, Beijing and Shanghai will be greatly shortened. Tongren south railway station has five tracks, two platforms and three platforms, with a total construction area of 15907 square meters. It is a reinforced concrete structure, which consists of left, middle and right parts. The left and right parts are reinforced concrete structures, the central waiting room is a steel grid structure, the foundation of the station building is an independent foundation or a strip foundation under the wall, and the platform rain net is a steel frame structure. It takes only 1 hour 12 minutes from tongren south railway station to Guiyang North Station, 2 hours to Changsha South Station, 7 hours and 42 minutes to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station in the Yangtze River Delta, 9 hours and 23 minutes to Beijing West Railway Station, and 5 hours to transfer from Guiyang North Station to Guangzhou South Railway Station in the Pearl River Delta.
