Practice method:

B hold your hips with both hands and push them forward, while bending your back backwards, chest out and shoulders open.

C. Don't put your hands on your hips, but on your heels. Support the body, and the body bends back more. Keep this position.

D. Take back the pose with both hands and slowly return to the upright kneeling position to rest.
