2. cut the skin. Step 3 soak. Put the squeezed orange peel into a big pottery jar and soak it in sugar water. About 150 kg of white sugar and 180 kg of warm water are mixed, and each 100 kg of orange peel silk is made into sugar solution for soaking. The soaking time is 48-50 hours. Take it out, put it into a bamboo plaque or a bamboo sieve, and drain the sugar solution. You can add some sugar to the remaining sugar solution or dip some orange peel, but the time interval should not be too long. This can save sugar and reduce costs.

4. color. Put the dried tangerine peel into a stainless steel pot with 20-40% sugar water, add a proper amount of red, green, yellow and purple food pigments, stir well, then add them and cook while stirring. When the orange peel silk does not fade in cold water, it can be taken out and drained. In the process of boiling, the burner should not be too strong or too big.

5. dry. The dyed orange peel silk is dried in a ventilated place without sunlight, and then it is red, green or yellow and purple, which is the finished product of red and green silk. When drying, it is necessary to prevent dust and sand from blowing in and causing product pollution.
