Interpretation of the worship of the sun in Twelve-style Yoga
The first kind of Japanese worship and overlapping meditation: from disorganization to concentration, from tension to stability.

Many practitioners don't know the true meaning of this pose. Why are you standing so folded? Why are your hands on your chest? I think this is not explained by most yoga training institutions when training instructors. So far, we can see that most members make this gesture in a hurry under the guidance of the coach, and then directly raise their arms for the second gesture.

This greatly ignores the function of folding, which is a great pity. The first Japanese worship exercise is of great significance, and almost many asana exercises start from this folding, including standing, sitting, kneeling, etc.

The crossing of hands in Japanese worship is a kind of palm print. The combination of two palms can concentrate the mind and make the body and mind dignified and respectful. As for the form of folded hands, in the tantric yoga sect, the left hand and the right hand respectively represent the past of the left hand and the future of the right hand, the combination of reason and wisdom, and the gesture of folded hands is called "seal". Among them, there are as many as ten kinds of palm prints recorded.

Putting hands together belongs to the handprint method, not for simple strokes, but for good training: concentrating consciousness, purifying the mind and reducing greed and violence, which can be seen in the eight branches of Yoga Sutra. The seemingly simple handprint can make a person's state begin to enter the overall harmony of body and mind, so handprint belongs to hatha yoga. If you can't understand this in yoga practice, practicing this Japanese worship is like posturing.

Steven Ram, an associate professor at new york University School of Medicine, published a paper, in which he pointed out that when fingers touch and palms are opposite, people can enter a state of complete physical and mental relaxation to the maximum extent. This almost hypnotic gesture can make people reach a state of ecstasy and ecstasy. If a person spends 30 minutes to an hour doing this simple exercise every day, it will be of great benefit to physical and mental health in the long run.

It seems that meditation with folded handprints is of great significance, which allows you to settle down in the posture of your current life. Yoga starts from this state, and its purpose is to make you pay attention to the harmony between body and mind, so that your whole life system can completely enter all postures and achieve a completely inward effect. But who knows and values this? !

Hands together firmly-hands with fingers together straight, palms firmly. Can produce a solemn and awe-inspiring effect.

Open your hands with an open mind-putting your hands firmly in the void can make people feel calm and soft instantly, without distractions.

The second form of Japanese worship and ascension ceremony: from passive to active, from arrogance to piety.

The second kind of Japanese worship, many people bend over after raising their arms. Why do many people bend over after the second style? Because we can see many coaches show their waists and curves in this posture, which is a misunderstanding that the concept of mind transmits physical exercise. In this way, what they do is not to worship the sun by themselves, but to show their waists to others.

Mind transmits body behavior, which is a practice recorded in hatha yoga, and the secret voice transmission of human body. What is a secret? This is because your thoughts are being transmitted to your own behavior. A secret is yourself, and others don't know it, so it's called a secret. Whether the secret idea is conveyed correctly or not will lead to good behavior and obstacles to unemployment, which is very critical.

We have seen many members bend back under the guidance of coaches. Some people think that the back bend angle is not enough because there is something wrong with the waist, or that the bigger the angle, the better the effort. As a result, some practitioners have backache and arm ache and numbness. The reason for these problems is that there is no interpretation of the connotation of Japanese worship. I don't understand why the second formula raises my arm. Why put your hands together?

In the second explanation, worshipping the sun is a bright respect for the sun. In traditional Indian civilization, this worship is called raising the head. In the secret biography of hatha yoga, it means: O Ravaye Namaha (respect for the sun), and you can feel it through practice, and the body with the second arm raised will follow.

Settle down with a folded mind and bow with reverence and respect. It is positive to stretch your body posture and naturally raise your arms and bow up. Don't show yourself leaning back and bending back. What are you bowing to? As long as you have respect, raise your arms naturally and with a pious mind, it will feel good to do so. Welcome the sunshine, actively explore your heart, the sunshine will belong to you, and be a person who accepts and blends into the bright heart.

The third kind of Japanese worship, downward flexion: from impatience to gentleness, from complaining to gratitude.

Third, many practitioners, including coaches, have worked hard on hugging their knees. I thought if I didn't tuck my knees, my practice wouldn't be in place and it wouldn't work. Let's see if this is true. We can often see the practitioners holding their knees blush. There are also some problems in practicing this kind of tuck, such as pain, breathlessness, hard waist and sore knees.

And some people who practice well hold their knees tightly and their bodies almost tightly. But in the next posture, almost everyone has different degrees of dizziness. No matter how well your knees are hidden. This posture is called bow down, that is, after we raise our arms together, we should bow down. Bowing is very respectful. When you know the meaning of bowing your head, you don't have to worry about holding your knees. Bowing down is a continuation of courtesy and piety.

Under the grateful light of the sun, people bow down and worship devoutly, and their bodies feel very beautiful. Thank you for your wonderful grateful heart and desire, instead of hugging your knees in a crisis. Maybe you can choose to practice hugging your knees, but this is not the theme of Japanese worship. People with knee problems should not be forced to hug their knees, nor should they worry about whether they can hug their knees. When troubles come, gratitude and respect will be lost, so the practice of worshipping the sun will lose its meaning.

Bend over, bend over, fold over. The angle need not be too low, so respect is the first. This is the essence of the opening of Yoga Sutra: Yoga is to change your mind. Every gesture of worshipping Japanese can change your mood. Control your breathing, control your posture range and ability, and practice this worship with awe and gratitude. Practice if you can, don't force it. So everyone can practice the beauty of Japanese worship.

The fourth kind of Japanese worship, leaning back: from crouching to stretching, from depression to hope.

The human body bends over and turns around. We can see that there is a corresponding relationship between every posture of worshipping the sun. After bowing for a while, separate your left and right legs back and forth, kneel on one leg and raise your arms. We need to accept the sunshine. This posture exercise is very meaningful and profound. In many faiths, there is one-legged prayer. For example, in Islam, there is such a ceremony similar to welcoming the light.

Therefore, this kind of kneeling is not to stretch your legs, but to raise your arms to expand your mind, let your back face the sun, and make the whole person full of hope for life. Welcome the dawn sunshine and fill your mind with bright beliefs. With this creed, you can change yourself and try to make your life bright.

If you just lean back and spread your arms, it means that you are just posing, but you don't welcome the hope of the sun. Because, you don't have this creed of sensory awareness!

Fourth, you should learn to be a person who learns to meet the light and learn to change yourself. We have reason to believe that people who are unwilling to accept the light and change themselves, practicing yoga and living are boring.

The fifth kind of Japanese worship and downward flexion: from cowardice to strength, from fluctuation to stability.

The fifth formula is a problem that puzzles many coaches. Practitioners generally don't pursue it, just follow the coach. And coaches will be confused, is the fifth style the peak style or the dog style? It's best to reach the top. Why? Sunlight and mountain peaks are beautiful natural scenery. So we try to take the posture of peak training.

Maybe you can use the dog style. It's okay. In a word, this posture is called Li Fu. This is a respectful bow down after welcoming the sun. In the ancient times of yoga, prone has many internal meanings. For example, according to Indian literature, some yogis do prone postures and pay tribute to their bodies and minds with huge gifts.

Qu (peak) expresses a religious and stable mentality in the power of stability, that is, to believe in yourself. In this way, let's achieve the goal of keeping faith, not regretting, not losing, and being as firm as a mountain peak. What we bow down to is not the gods and masters, but the inner exploration of the bright self-mentality. In this posture, the human mind is like a drop of water, which breeds our own advocacy significance for light.

In this way, from welcoming the light to reaching the pose flexion, you have gained the acceptance of faith and need to give back to praise yourself. In the journey of our life, the peak of life is not to be aloof, but to know how to make the body and mind more humble and stable, and to be good at understanding the buckling of life.

Six, parallel forward posture: from atrophy to progress, from chaos to clarity.

Look at this posture again, that is, parallel forward, and some people do dog exercises. In fact, this practice is essential, because most coaches know it this way. Step back from the peak position, squat in parallel and enter the big worship position to reach the squat position. It should be a slow and steady progress. The purpose is to make an awakening posture that stretches forward under the understanding of the meaning of flexion.

Don't be rigid when crouching parallel to your body and arms. Look forward with your head held high and your head together. Observe your heart to make yourself quiet, eliminate the bad things brought by chaos, stick to the expectation of light, and increase your faith and confidence in life in the long run.

In this way, we look forward to a bright future and wake up to ourselves. You can get rid of your confusion by awakening. So this posture has a strong wake-up function. You can try. Get up early You can get up and do it like this.

Looking up after moving forward, the natural gift, the calm sublimation, the familiar ups and downs of body and mind, and the feeling of being examined are so different. Where is the root of pure wisdom born, singing quietly in the sound of light ... The flame of life, crossing the quiet heart river, will gather fragrance when breathing, who can be reborn in the lotus full of Sanskrit? ...

The seventh kind of Japanese worship and five rounds of kneeling: from delusion to righteousness, from separation to integration.

Tradition is also called throwing land. The most pious person is almost a gift. Tantric yoga is called great worship, and there is only one worship of the highest wisdom and the highest light. These five bodies are hands, knees (or feet) and the top of the head. Five rounds of buckling. Which five rounds? It is not the five rounds of three veins and seven rounds, but the five elements of the human body and the universe. That is, the earth, fire, water and wind are empty.

There is a record in the yoga practice cheats: take all the life methods in five rounds. The ground represents hard parts and bones, which means firmness, represented by the right foot. Water represents body fluids, blood, etc. , and said the flow, with the left foot. Fire represents warmth and vitality, and expresses vitality, which is expressed by the right hand. Wind is breathing and breath, etc. , indicating balance, with the left hand. Emptiness is the wisdom above the head, expressing the light of enlightenment, which is expressed from the top of the head.

There are also different records of esoteric yoga: top chakra, face chakra wind, chest chakra fire, abdominal chakra water and big knee chakra. This is explained according to etiquette. I am sincere and respectful, live wholeheartedly and make five rounds of life gifts. In other words, in this land of flexion, the effect of sensory acceptance is the best, and all delusions have stopped.

Five rounds of flexion, that is, let you form a fit and connection with the bright universe. We live in space, and we can't forget this invisible and infinitely beautiful space, which gives us the best survival every day. Therefore, we need five rounds of bending. The gift of total dedication is the yearning for a better life, and I wish to bless and worship it. Because we are intelligent human beings.

Five rounds are also breathing exercises. The most suitable exercise is to breathe by breathing, to stop all delusions by breathing, and to purify all the clutter of life. Generally speaking, people in this state should take a rest or the energy of life integration to live and work with renewed strength.

The eighth kind of Japanese worship and parallel bending from narrow to smart, from ignorance to awakening.

Many people will do arm and waist exercises in this position. Sometimes, I think they are crawling instead of worshipping the sun. Although they can do this, worshipping the sun is different from asana. This is parallel buckling. After sinking deeply into the ground, you will get up slowly and move forward with a good attitude, deeply feeling the significance of internalizing the whole emotion.

Some people will adopt this gesture of gratitude in worship, that's all. Make good use of this posture, further stimulate your built-in emotions, and make a snake-like smart awakening posture. Get rid of your own narrowness and selfishness through awakening. Therefore, this posture is the snake's forward attack, which is also called smart awakening.

After training the seventh suspension, you can use this eighth suspension to integrate your body and mind. The subject of snake-hunting advances regulates your spine, which is a karma pulse body, and awakens the whole body's consciousness by regulating the spine. Awaken the adverse reaction of body karma in parallel collapse, and achieve a kind of "emotional control" behavior. Emotional control is recorded in the eight branches of yoga, which restricts various psychology and behaviors such as bad senses.

Who is the continuation of life in the perfect awakening; Peeping eyes, the redemption of the soul, is so shocking, who will gradually uncover all the hidden truth of life? ...

The ninth style worships the sun and climbs high: from gloom to clarity, from indifference to longing.

This posture comes from the natural state posture after you sublimate your spine consciousness. All your state of mind, mood, emotions, etc. It has been sublimated in upward admiration. When you worship so many times before, we have reason to believe that your certain emotions and beliefs will be generated and sublimated. Your arm is supported, look up and continue to look at yourself. It's as if you were baptized and baptized by light.

Let's put aside all the complicated and simple thoughts at the moment, relax and stretch your body and posture ... Let your thoughts gently touch you in your eyes, temporarily put aside the splendor and impetuousness of the world, look at the temptations and disturbances from the outside world, and let your soft heart return to that state. That is the real purity. ...

Life is like a wave, it comes and goes. Don't measure the future. As long as you understand these gentle waves, everything will come to this moment: exquisite ... you are full of strength, you are completely awake, and your life really begins. You continue to be full of infinite admiration for light, taking you into the tenth form.

The tenth form of worshipping the sun, moving forward and looking up: from anxiety to joy, from narrowness to broadness.

This pose is similar to the previous fourth pose. Many people practice the same, the procedures for getting up are different, and the connotation is totally different. This is the comfort and joy after sublimation, which is essentially different from the previous meaning of welcoming the light.

With a smile on his face, he confidently expanded his chest and felt the beauty and return of life. Between your hands and eyes, when you touch your heart, life feels comfortable. When your body lunges, the inner flame is rekindled in an instant, so emotional touches, such as the excitement of running horses and dynamic jumping, activate your inner space.

The vitality of life becomes full of vitality in the season of hope. With the singing of mood, the soul will open to the world, the circulating blood will be so romantic, the color will change slightly, and our mood will be freed. Feelings are rippling, the green is warm and smiling, and the flowers are overflowing, so that the river of life can flourish safely. ...

The eleventh kind of Japanese worship, the recovery of bending posture: from deviation to obedience, from weakness to strength.

You continue to enter the recovery pose, that is, tuck your knees in front, hehe. At this moment, the state of mind is fundamentally different from before, because you know how to be grateful, how to accept, and how to really return to peace after collapse. You are very calm at the moment. This worship is a quiet balance, and you begin to calm down and lose your initial passion.

Breathe continuously quietly and naturally, so keep my posture, listen to my conversation with the outside world in my posture, and listen to the notes in the sea of body and mind and the calm waves.

Breathe quietly, naturally relax your shoulders and arms, imagine the silence of time and space-more beautiful ... naturally lower your head-meditate, stop and listen to the heartbeat of the body room-listen to the Sanskrit language of body and mind coming from the distant sky. ...

Keep breathing naturally and quietly-relax the chest and legs, let the body bend and stretch ... relax our spine in the years and let bright red blood flow back to our brains-let us live a healthy life and wait for vitality.

Twelve forms of worship and standing salute: from deliberate to natural, from excited to calm.

At twelve o'clock, you get up and raise your arms again. Hehe, it's different from before. This extension arm is the most powerful. You look forward, this is the complete stability of body and mind after baptism. At this moment, you are not bowing your head, but focusing on your whole state. You are with the sunshine. Think about your body and mind, you are completely accepting this state.

You are completely in the center, and you are completely integrated with the sun. Our bright eyes-clear and quiet, our arms touching our ears-our smile is pure and brilliant; Tighten the hip muscles-our body rhyme-elegant and delicate, the body bends back-our body is free and easy and elegant.

We are like red morning glory, like blooming roses. Meditate on the light of the sun between your eyebrows, let it move down, let it shine all the way, and enter your heart ... The heart turns into a lotus flower, and the petals of the lotus flower are opened one by one. All thoughts, melancholy and emotions are bathed in the petals of the lotus flower and dissipated, removing all the gloom of the body, and the body and mind are so chic and relaxed.

Politeness and respect are folded together: everything becomes respectful-silence becomes warm.

Please let us-put our hands together, lean back on our chest, keep quiet and relaxed-breathe and relax-meditate and relax, so that our body and mind can be accompanied by bright sunshine at this moment-just like a bud in bud-Zen and fragrance can be integrated, and our graceful posture can be transformed into a healthy world of mortals.
