Step 2: Add coffee enema to warm water at about 37℃. In addition to warm water close to human body temperature, it is suggested to add about 0.5g of natural sea salt or deep ocean water to balance the electrolyte, so that the electrolyte of enema is closer to human body and the permeability is improved.
It is suggested that people who have just started coffee enema should only add 600 ml of water for the first time to make their bodies adapt first, and then increase it to 1000 ml.
Step 3: Hang enema bag on a high place, and hang enema bag filled with enema to one person's height. I am used to hanging it on the hanger by myself.
Step 4: Squeeze out the air in the enema tube, open the water stop valve on the enema tube, let the liquid flow out, squeeze out the air in the enema tube, and then close the water stop valve.
Step 5: Apply emulsion to the front end of the enema tube. It is recommended to apply natural emulsion, liquid vitamin E, aloe or linseed oil.
Step 6: Lie on the right side.
Usually when I have a coffee enema, I will spread a bath towel on the floor beside the bed, preferably not too far away from the toilet.
