Standard weight method
Standard weight (kg) = age x 8+8 (7- 16 years old).
Mild obesity: 20%-30% overweight.
Moderate obesity: 30%-50% overweight.
Severe obesity: more than 50% of standard weight.
Standard weight is one of the important signs to reflect and measure a person's health. Being too fat and too thin is not good for your health, nor will it give you a sense of bodybuilding. A large number of statistical data of different body types show that the ideal and simple index reflecting normal weight can be expressed by the relationship between height and weight.

standard
Body Mass Index (in English) is a number obtained by dividing the weight in kilograms by the square of the height in meters, and it is a commonly used international standard to measure the degree of obesity and health.
When we need to compare and analyze the influence of a person's weight on the health of people of different heights, the body mass index is a neutral and reliable indicator.
