Why does photoshop cs6 face thin?

The method of face-lifting with photoshop is as follows:

Step 1: Open photoshop software, click "File" in the upper left corner to open a picture;

Step 2: After opening the picture, click "Liquefaction" in the "Filter" drop-down box;

Step 3: In the page that appears, click the third button in the upper left corner.

Step 4: Click on the thin part of the face with the mouse.

Step 5: When finished, click OK in the upper right corner.
