Yoga originated in India and has a history of more than 5,000 years. It is called "the treasure of the world". When yoga practitioners in ancient India practiced their body and mind in nature, they inadvertently found that all kinds of animals and plants were born with methods to treat, relax, sleep or stay awake, and they could recover naturally without any treatment.
