Open Photoshop software, import a character picture, and click Filter-Liquefaction in the menu bar.

Pop up the liquefaction window, use the forward deformation tool, adjust the brush size (the brush should be larger), click on both sides of the figure's waist, and then drag it to the middle, as shown in the figure.

Then lower the brush and use the forward deformation tool to adjust the details of the picture.

We can see that the background has been deformed during dragging. Using the reconstruction tool, adjust the brush size and keep clicking in the deformed area until the background is completely restored.

Then adjust the character's head and use the zoom-in tool to zoom in on it.

Check the advanced mode of the right panel, and many tools will appear in the toolbar on the left. Use the Freeze Mask tool to freeze the area that you don't want to deform, as shown in the figure.

Using the forward deformation tool to adjust the avatar, you can find that the frozen mask area will not be affected at all.

Reduce the image, click on the waist with the wrinkle tool and adjust it.

Erase the frozen mask by using the thaw mask tool; Use the reconstruction tool to reconstruct the unexpected area; Use the push hand tool to reduce the brush size and adjust the details.
