Its main features are: paying attention to meeting actual requirements; Give full play to the technical and aesthetic properties of new materials and structures; Simple modeling and flexible composition. This school was later called Bauhaus School.
1964 In April, the superior cancelled the establishment of the 7 18 joint factory and established 706, 707, 7 18, 797, 798, 75 1 factory. From June, 5438 to February, 2000, the original six companies, 700, 706, 707, 7 18, 797 and 798, were integrated and reorganized into Beijing Qixing Huadian Technology Group Co., Ltd. In order to cooperate with the planning and transformation of Dashanzi area, Qixing Group relocated some industries. In order to make effective use of the industry and move out the idle factories, Qixing Group rents out these idle factories. Due to the advantages of orderly planning, convenient transportation and unique Bauhaus architecture, the park has attracted many art institutions and artists to rent idle factories for renovation, and gradually formed a multicultural space integrating galleries, art studios, cultural companies and fashion shops. Because the earliest area that art institutions and artists entered was located in the original 798 factory, it was named Beijing 798 Art District.
