Treatment process

Transfer within and outside the province:

2. The handling personnel of the transfer-out unit shall transfer out the insured person in the current month, and go through the transfer-out formalities at the window with the transfer-out certification materials and the payer (base) change form.

3. After determining the salary standard of the transferred personnel, the handling personnel of the transferred unit shall report to the window administrator with the transfer certificate and the change form of the payer (base).

4. The window administrator shall go through the payment formalities after being transferred to the overall scope.

Transfer out of provincial units:

1, the handling personnel of the insured unit shall go through the transfer formalities at the payment window with the social insurance registration certificate, relevant certification materials for employee transfer and ID card.

2. After the window administrator reviews the materials correctly, check the payment of the insured person (it can be transferred only after the arrears are paid back), and print the Personal Account List (in duplicate) and the pension insurance relationship (fund) transfer form (in quintuplicate).

3. The handling personnel of the unit will stamp the Transfer Form with the official seal of the transferring unit, the official seal of the receiving unit, the official seal of the receiving insurance institution and the fund transfer account number, and then return it to the window administrator.

4. After the stamped transfer bill is approved and signed by the leaders, the financial department of the Social Security Bureau will transfer the fund.

Transferred to provincial units:

1. The newly insured person has participated in endowment insurance in other insurance institutions and needs to transfer the amount stored in his personal account.

2. The handling personnel of the unit shall issue the transfer bill and the personal account fund list in other insurance institutions, affix the business seal and account seal to the file auditor, and then return it to the transfer institution to transfer the personal account fund.
