But at present, he still insists on serving as an undergraduate tutor and class teacher while guiding master students and doctoral students. Always put student work in the first place in all work, not only preaching and teaching to solve doubts, but also paying more attention to "solving doubts", often communicating with students, understanding students' ideological status and problems encountered in their studies, putting themselves in the students' shoes and subsidizing poor students. Since teaching, he has taught undergraduate courses such as environmental research foundation and postgraduate courses such as coalfield geology, organic petrology, fossil energy and environment, oil and gas resources geochemistry, among which environmental research foundation is the key course in the current school project construction. In the teaching work, facing students of different levels, I actively explored teaching methods that adapt to students' development, presided over and participated in a number of research projects on the teaching reform of college students and graduate students in Beijing, and achieved good results.
