Three small movements recommended by Chinese medicine, performed alternately every day for about 20 minutes, can strengthen gastrointestinal peristalsis and are very effective in relieving constipation.
1, beat with pulse
"Taking the pulse" has the function of "binding all the pulses", and frequent tapping can improve the detoxification ability and improve constipation. Abdominal "swimming ring" is the place where Chinese medicine "feels the pulse".
The method is very simple: lie in bed every night before going to bed, with an empty fist in your hand, gently pat both sides of the waist, and stick to slapping 300 times a day.
It should be noted that the harder you hit, the better. It's not as good as the body.
Step 2 Touch Shu Tian
Tianshu point is located 2 inches beside the navel, which is symmetrical left and right. It is the key point of the abdomen, regulating the intestines, regulating qi and relieving depression, and promoting digestion.
Sit on the chair with your legs together, press Tianshu point, lift your left leg as far as possible, and then retract it. Change the right leg and lift it 1 time, and repeat 5 times. When defecating, you can press the left Tianshu point with the middle finger of your left hand until you feel sore, keep it for about one minute, and then hold your breath to increase the pressure in the abdomen to defecate.
If you feel trouble, massage your abdomen directly. The palms overlap and buckle on the navel, with a little force. First, press and knead 50 times clockwise, slightly harder, and it is better to have a hot feeling in the abdomen, and then change your right hand. After getting up every morning, fill 1 large glass of cold water first, and then do abdominal massage for 5- 10 minutes, which is more effective.
3. Massage the lumbosacral region
Sit up straight, put your hands and fingers together, and rub the lumbosacral part with the palm root from top to bottom until the lumbosacral part is hot.
