Self-made drugs used by medical institutions (above Tibetan medicine powder) can be directly reported to the Food and Drug Administration without the need of production organization, production document number and drug word batch number (ingredients, batch number and production date are unknown and can be regarded as counterfeit drugs, counterfeit drugs and inferior drugs). The use of self-made drugs by medical institutions must be filed with the Food and Drug Administration within its jurisdiction.
