Under c: \ users \ administrator (username) \ appdata \ roaming \ Microsoft \ templates.

c:\ Users \ Administrator \ appdata \ roaming \ Microsoft \ Excel。

c:\ Users \ Administrator \ appdata \ roaming \ Microsoft \ word

Related files under C:\Users \Administrator (user name) \AppData\Local\Temp.

Delete the backup files left by the update (you can also use security guards or optimization software to slim down and delete the system).

Then clean up the garbage and the list.
