# I am a mother of three children and an effective parent-child time management coach.
# I am a senior insurance financial consultant in Hong Kong.
# I am a person who constantly challenges myself.
Through nearly 90 days of time management practice, I mainly have the following three convenient gains:
1) finally got rid of the bad habit of going to bed late and getting up late for more than 20 years, and adjusted it to go to bed early and get up early. Including holiday travel and going to bed early and getting up early when you go home during the Spring Festival.
I used to live in different time and space with my family, and my family had great opinions. I am glad to get into the habit of going to bed early and getting up early, which is also conducive to family harmony.
2) Implement a daily fitness plan and exercise for at least 40 minutes almost every day, and lose weight successfully. Although I gave birth to three babies (all three were born above 8 kg), I hope to reshape the vest line. My fitness exercise is mainly running, combining yoga, pilates and swimming. I'm glad that I fell in love with running after taking a light acting class. Since I started running in June 5438+February last year, I have experienced some beautiful runways and some unforgettable running experiences.
When I started practicing, I was traveling with my family on the Gold Coast in Australia. The beach runway is quiet and beautiful, and I am running in the slow sea breeze. It feels great.
In the second week of the holiday, I went into the Hunter Valley in the Australian outback, lived in the winery, ran around the vineyard and enjoyed the eyeful of green and the occasional purple embellishment.
Go back to Fujian countryside for the Spring Festival and keep running. I dare not be too ostentatious during the day, but run around the village at night, causing some villagers to watch.
The habit of going to bed early and getting up early to exercise unconsciously influenced some friends in my time management supervision group, and they also began to practice consciously. I'm glad that their behavior has influenced my friends subtly, which is another windfall.
3) My biggest gain is that I finally got rid of the complicated affairs. The financial advisory team with three children and more than 50 people has many chores, which often keeps me busy late, so I stay up late. I learned time management, ate frogs when I was energetic, improved my concentration, and cleared my brain with OmniFocus, which made me no longer anxious and more calm.
The goal advocated by Easy Efficiency is a balanced and happy life with high efficiency and slow life. Although I haven't reached this goal yet, I am on my way. I wish all my friends in G 186 Primary School a balanced and happy life. I'm glad to go with you, thank you!
