At that time, the trial class was over, and I was thinking about whether to apply for a secondary card or an annual card. This is actually a rather difficult decision. First of all, I have never experienced a long card, whether it is sports or hairdressing. In addition, many colleagues told me that it is a waste of money to apply for a fitness card five or six times a year. I'm worried about whether I will be like them. But after the first trial class, I thought about it for about three days. I think my goal is to practice every day, and I believe I can stick to it. Therefore, the annual card is still quite expensive. It's only been over a year now, and it turns out that I did it. Although I don't go every day, I can basically guarantee four times a week. From the fragile appearance to the change of figure and strength, I think this is the most worthwhile sum of money I spent.

Next, I want to share my experience with girls who also like yoga.

1. Before you apply for the annual card or the second card, you must try the class first. Don't handle the card casually. Because first of all, not everyone likes yoga, you must first understand your feelings. Some girls I know think yoga is boring and have no patience to finish a class. Some girls like strenuous exercise. Everyone is different. Don't do what others do. Try more and know your own preferences.

2. It depends on the teacher qualification of the yoga studio. Look at the teacher's background and the type of yoga he is good at. Also, try to watch the teacher's class. Sometimes it is very important to disagree with the teacher's anger, which directly determines whether you can love class or not.

3. See if the yoga class arrangement is reasonable. Some yoga studios have fewer classes, or they don't match your free time. Then the function of your card will be greatly reduced. It's best to go to a yoga studio with more classes, which has classes in the morning, afternoon and evening, so there will be many more choices.

4. Don't choose a yoga studio with only large classes at the beginning. My company is the best yoga studio in Shanghai, and I really wanted to get a card at that time. Later, it was found that there were more than thirty or forty students in their class, and everyone's level was uneven. Basically, there are more masters. Later, I chose a yoga studio with only small classes, with a maximum of ten people in each class. Now that the annual card has expired, I have some foundation and changed to this best library. I can feel that as long as there are more than 20 people, you basically don't expect the teacher to guide you. Unless the teacher likes you very much, or you are lucky. Some teachers even sat there shouting passwords. I saw a few novices, that is, fooling around, and the teacher didn't help much. This is a very dangerous thing, because doing yoga wrongly for a long time is harmful to your health. So I suggest that in the first year, at least choose a yoga studio with more small classes and learn more basic movements. Go to college in the future.

Once the yoga studio is selected, all teachers can attend classes. Don't listen to other people's opinions too much at first, but try to get to know each teacher by yourself, and then feel which teacher you think teaches well and is willing to guide you more. Then you can concentrate on these teachers' classes.

6. Get on well with the teacher. I'm not asking you to kiss up, just be polite to the teacher, remember to say hello when you meet, and remember to say goodbye when you leave. Ask humbly if you don't understand. At the beginning, tell the teacher that you are new here and ask the teacher to help you more. Under the guidance, ordinary people are willing to help you a little more when they see that you are so serious. Don't be ashamed of being a novice. I think I may be the kind of thick-skinned. I don't understand, just ask.

7. Go to yoga three hours after dinner. At least that's what our library here requires. Don't come to practice immediately after eating, which is harmful to your health, especially when you are full. I usually go after three hours, sometimes for two hours occasionally, but I never eat too much. But I won't eat nothing, so you won't have the strength to finish a class. A class is as short as one hour and as long as 75 minutes or even 90 minutes. If you don't eat anything, you will faint. Some girls were a little dizzy before, so they had to lie down in the second half of class. Sometimes, in the middle of three hours, I am so hungry that I can eat a banana or an energy bar.

8. Don't compare with other students. In fact, after practicing, I feel not very satisfied with my progress. Maybe many students are making progress faster than you, and I'm a little anxious. But then I got used to it. Because after all, everyone's physical condition is different, and many things are born. Some girls can cross the fork the first time they come. She said they had been like this since childhood. But most people spend a lot of time doing it. Some teachers don't do the fork as well as her. So don't think too much, others' progress is only others'. Just follow your own footsteps. A little progress with yourself every day is victory.

9. Keep the phone silent in class and don't answer the phone. Nowadays, libraries don't bring mobile phones directly. In the old library, someone took a mobile phone to class. It's really impolite to listen to the bell in the middle of class, and it also affects other students.

10. It is best to practice every day. I can't do it myself sometimes, but to be honest, the best way is to keep practicing yoga every day and become a part of your daily life.

1 1. Vegetarian. Many foreign yoga teachers are vegetarians, but this is not the case in China. This is not forced. I only eat vegetarian food 90% of the time, but vegetarianism can really make me lighter and do my best.

12. Facing some students' problems. In reality, sometimes if you work hard, some students will laugh at your diligence. I have been asked many times by the same old aunt: "Do you come to practice yoga every day?" You are the most diligent. People like me do what they can and won't do every day. "In fact, she is the one who has practiced for many years and then has the most classes, but I don't know why, she always says that about me, even in front of many people. This actually puts a lot of pressure on me. At first, I will argue, "I don't come to class every day!" " "It seems that class is a shame! Then I smiled and ignored her and let her talk. Most of my classmates are good, but the world has become bigger and everyone has it. The most important thing is not to be influenced by others.

13. The Indian teacher said not to drink water immediately after yoga, but later. Let energy flow more in the body.

14. If you are sweating all over, don't take a bath immediately, which is bad for your health.

15. Buy the best yoga clothes you can. This is just my personal opinion. At first, I bought a bunch of cheap ones with the mentality of trying. Later, I practiced for a while and all of them were changed to lululemon's. Although it is expensive, it is worth it. I think girls should be kind to themselves. Wearing beautiful yoga clothes can increase self-confidence and happiness and make practice happier. But the premise of concern is: within your own ability. Don't eat dirt to buy yoga clothes.

Buy a rubber yoga mat. Other materials are too slippery, and your hands will slip when you do some actions, such as down dog pose. I bought a yoga mat from Jepson Gepson, which was recommended by the yoga teacher. I use it quite well. I plan to buy another lululemon in the future. I wonder if it will slip. At least personally tested, Gepson's foot pad is no problem, very easy to use.

17. Yoga tops should be tight, or you will slide to your face when you do the movements, and you will be distracted to pull your clothes.

18. You can go to Mile Mile to watch some yoga videos. Some yoga bloggers in Europe and America can follow classes at home. At present, I prefer bohobeautiful and fightmaster Yoga. And some are official videos of lululemon. The premise is that you have learned the basic knowledge in the yoga studio and have a full understanding of your body. Don't practice blindly

19. When doing yoga, stop if you feel uncomfortable. Don't struggle to finish it. Learn to distinguish normal pain from abnormal pain. Once injured, it takes a long time to recover, which is really not worth it. I strained the back of my thigh before, and it took several months to get back to normal. During that time, I didn't dare to do many actions. Be kind to your health.

20. Practice meditation at home when you are free. There are many apps, such as Calm, Headspace, 1 Junian, you can try it.
