How to care for skin care and hair care before and after indoor swimming?
As a classmate with dry and sensitive skin who goes into the water more than twice a day, I know the way to maintain.

Let me first talk about the frequency of washing my hair and taking a bath (i.e. using shampoo, conditioner and shower gel), once a day, after the last time in the water. During the time before I went into the water for the last time, I only used shampoo instead of conditioner and shower gel (because I didn't like the smell of bleach disinfectant in the swimming pool).

Old people used to say, don't wash too much, you will lose your hair and your skin will be bad. In fact, not washing is even more terrible. After I stopped my professional practice, I didn't wash my hair for three days at most. Oh, my God ... That hair is too greasy to cook. And not washing your hair often will produce dandruff. Therefore, if it is oily, you should wash your hair often, and if it is not oily, you can wash it once every 2-3 days. If you can't stand the smell of the swimming pool, you can get up and wash your hair after entering the water.

It should be noted that you must blow dry your hair after washing it! Be sure to blow dry! Be sure to blow dry! Originally, soaking in water damaged my hair (although I also wore a swimming cap, it was useless, and my hair was still wet every time I got up). After washing your hair, the scales are still open. If you don't blow dry it, a lot of impurities will enter your hair, which will definitely damage your hair. For so many years, I have never seen an athlete with less hair and particularly good hair. Usually maintained really well.

The theme is sensitive muscles. After taking a shower (with or without shower gel), be sure to apply moisturizing or oily emulsion. In this way, your skin will not dry or crack.

Finally say face. For my face, I usually use facial cleanser after I go into the water for the last time. But don't relax when you don't use facial cleanser. Also apply toner and lotion, so that the skin will not feel tight.

I think it is most important to go into the water or not. You should choose your own skin care and washing products and don't use too much cleaning power. If you don't often go swimming or soak in this kind of water full of disinfectant, you don't have to care too much about how to maintain it after swimming, but you should pay attention to maintenance at ordinary times.
