Ingredients: a small papaya (about 3 Liang), half a catty of fresh hairtail, appropriate amount of soy sauce, and appropriate amount of onion, ginger and rice vinegar.
Exercise:
Firstly, clean papaya and cut it into slices or filaments;
Wash hairtail and cut into blocks;
Put papaya and hairtail together in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook over high fire;
When the fish is cooked, add soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and chopped green onion.
2. Beef with lettuce
Ingredients: a catty of fresh lettuce, half a catty of beef, appropriate amount of soy sauce and appropriate amount of cooking wine.
Exercise:
Wash and shred beef; Find a plate, pour some soy sauce and cooking wine, and soak the shredded beef in it; Peel lettuce, wash and cut into filaments; After half an hour, take out the shredded beef, stir-fry it in the oil pan for one minute, and take it out for later use;
Stir-fry shredded lettuce in the oil pan for two minutes. Shredded lettuce will be put on the plate first, and then shredded beef will be covered on it.
