Ingredients: 30g of dried ginger, 30g of jujube and 30g of brown sugar.
Practice: wash the first two flavors, chop dried ginger into powder, remove the core of jujube, add brown sugar and fry until cooked, and eat jujube in soup.

2, carp blood soup
Ingredients: 4 pieces of black beans, 2 pieces of ginger, red dates 10, carp 1 0, a small piece of dried tangerine peel, and appropriate amount of pepper.
Exercise:
